It sounds so easy, we tell ourselves this week “I will exercise more” but our schedules are always so full of many responsibilities and exercise ends up at the bottom of the list and rarely get’s crossed off.

Have you noticed that your energy level is lower & your waistline is a little wider than it used to be? Is it time to make a call to action – “I need to figure out how to be more active, but how can I do it, I am so busy”.

The challenge is finding the time & motivation to include exercise on a more regular basis into your daily routine.

The common theme among most health &/or fitness experts is the importance of finding ways to include small amounts of activities and exercises throughout your day. Listed below are ideas on how to be more active, this is part 1 of a 2 part series:

  • Create a list of the exercises & activities that you like doing & are easy to fit into your schedule and do either at home or traveling. For example, look for workout routines on Pinterest/Internet, see link of exercises that you can do anywhere, courtesy of Pinterest & MP45.com

  • Find ways to walk more throughout the day, for example, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park your car at the farthest point in the parking lot, etc.
  • Look for group fitness/exercise classes that are close to your work or home which make it easier to fit into your schedule.
  • If there is no time for the gym, plan early morning mat workouts or yoga routines for at least 7 to 10 minutes, see link of yoga poses you can follow, courtesy of Pinterest  https://www.pinterest.com.au/pin/266767977908366850/,

Part 2 will be posted next week!! Stay Tuned!!!
